- Monterey Jack Cheese
- Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Milk
- Sodium Citrate
- Jalapeños, diced
- Butter
- Salsa
- Black Pepper
- Chili Powder
- Ground Cumin
- Oregano
- Paprika
- Whisk sodium citrate into milk thoroughly.
- Heat saucepan on medium to melt butter, then sauté with jalapeños and salsa, stirring for about a minute.
- Add milk mixture to pan, stirring consistently, for a few minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add cheeses a handful at a time, stirring constantly.
- When cheese is melted, remove from heat.
