Chile con Queso

Takes 15 minutes

  1. Whisk sodium citrate into milk thoroughly.
  2. Heat saucepan on medium to melt butter, then sauté with jalapeños and salsa, stirring for about a minute.
  3. Add milk mixture to pan, stirring consistently, for a few minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low and add cheeses a handful at a time, stirring constantly.
  5. When cheese is melted, remove from heat.
