Buns

Takes 2½ hours

  1. Mix milk, water, sugar, olive oil, salt, and dry yeast together until dissolved.
  2. Mix in flour until hydrated. Let rest 15 minutes.
  3. Fold and knead dough until smooth. Let rest 45 minutes.
  4. Divide dough into buns, cover and let rest 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
