Takes 2½ hours
- All-Purpose Flour
- Milk, warm
- Water, warm
- () Sugar
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Dry Yeast
- Mix milk, water, sugar, olive oil, salt, and dry yeast together until dissolved.
- Mix in flour until hydrated. Let rest 15 minutes.
- Fold and knead dough until smooth. Let rest 45 minutes.
- Divide dough into buns, cover and let rest 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
