Chipless Cookies
Takes about 45 minutes for 1 batch, 15 minutes more per additional batch
- All-Purpose Flour
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- Butter, room temperature
- Granulated Sugar
- Brown Sugar
- Egg, room temperature
- Egg Yolk, room temperature
- Vanilla Extract
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
- In a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Scrape down mixer bowl, and add eggs, salt, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Add flour mixture, beat on low until just combined.
- Freeze dough for 20 minutes.
- Form medium-sized (2 oz) dough balls.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes.
