Chipless Cookies

Takes about 45 minutes for 1 batch, 15 minutes more per additional batch

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
  3. In a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugars until fluffy.
  4. Scrape down mixer bowl, and add eggs, salt, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  5. Add flour mixture, beat on low until just combined.
  6. Freeze dough for 20 minutes.
  7. Form medium-sized (2 oz) dough balls.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes.
