Flour Tortillas

- All-Purpose Flour
- Water
- Butter
- Salt
- Combine water and butter in a microwavable bowl, and melt in microwave (90 seconds).
- Mix together flour and salt, then add butter water. Knead until smooth (5 minutes).
- Split into 50 g dough balls (double for burrito-sized) and cover with a moist towel. Let rest for 20 minutes.
- Heat a skillet or cast iron griddle over medium heat (350–400°F).
- Roll each ball into a tortilla shape and lay onto cooking surface, browning each side (30–45 seconds).
