Green Taco Sauce

Makes 2 cups, takes 30 minutes

  1. Cover jalapeños, garlic, and onion in water and boil for 20 minutes.
  2. Add half the oil (¼ cup) and everything else to blender, and blend on high for 1 minute.
  3. Reduce blender to low, and drizzle in remaining oil.
  4. Taste and season, and store refrigerated.
