Green Taco Sauce
Makes 2 cups, takes 30 minutes
- 8 Jalapeños
- 4 cloves Garlic
- ½ cup Neutral Oil
- ½ cup Cilantro
- ¼ cup Water
- ¼ Onion
- 1 Lime, juiced
- Cover jalapeños, garlic, and onion in water and boil for 20 minutes.
- Add half the oil (¼ cup) and everything else to blender, and blend on high for 1 minute.
- Reduce blender to low, and drizzle in remaining oil.
- Taste and season, and store refrigerated.
