Ketchup
Makes 1 cup, takes 1 hour
- 1 can (15 oz) Tomato Sauce
- ⅓ cup Maple Syrup or Honey
- ¼ cup White Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Allspice
- Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan and stir until well combined.
- Heat on medium low, stirring gently to a light simmer.
- Cover and reduce heat to low, simmering for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Taste cooled for seasoning.
