Nacho Cheese Sauce
Takes 20 minutes
- Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded or finely diced
- Whole Milk
- Pickled Jalapeño Brine
- Sodium Citrate
- Cayenne Pepper
- Ground Mustard
- Salt
- Heat milk, brine, and sodium citrate in a medium bowl over medium-low, and stir until dissolved (2 minutes).
- Slowly add shredded cheese in handfuls, stirring regularly until melted.
