NOLA French Bread
Takes 2 hours total
- Bread Flour
- All-Purpose Flour
- Warm Water
- Dry Yeast
- Sugar
- Kosher Salt
- Mix the yeast, sugar, and salt into warm water until dissolved.
- Add in flour and mix until no dry flour remains. Let rest 20 minutes.
- Fold dough over itself until smooth (about 2 minutes). Let rest 1 hour.
- Divide dough into loaves (250g each). Refrigerate any loaves you're not cooking now.
- Preheat oven to 450°F while dough rests for 30 minutes.
- Bake bread for 20 minutes.
