Taco Seasoning
Makes enough to season one pound of protein
- 2 Tbsp (Ancho) Chili Powder
- 1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1½ tsp Smoked Paprika or Chipotle Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Coriander or Mexican Oregano
- 1 tsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
