Green Chile Sauce (WIP)

Saucepan
½ Cup Water½ Cup Green Chiles, roasted, peeled, chopped1½ tsp Neutral Oil¾ tsp All-Purpose Flour½ tsp Vegetable Bouillon¼ tsp SaltPinch of Ground Cumin½ clove Garlic, minced¼ White Onion, diced
  1. Heat neutral oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add white onion and cook until soft, 4 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in all-purpose flour and cook 1 minute.
  5. Add water, vegetable bouillon and green chiles, stirring to combine.
  6. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook uncovered until slightly thickened, 15 minutes.
  7. Blend partially or fully for a smoother texture. Season with salt and ground cumin.
