Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies
Makes 3 dozen cookies, takes about 30 minutes
1⅔ Cup Peanut Butter Chips1 Cup All-Purpose Flour1 Cup Sugar⅜ Cup Cocoa Powder⅓ Cup Butter, softened1 tsp Vanilla Extract½ tsp Baking Soda¼ tsp Salt1 Egg
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Stir together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat butter and sugar in a separate large bowl, until well blended.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, and beat well.
- Gradually add the flour mixture, beating well.
- Stir in peanut butter chips.
- Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 9 minutes.
- Cool slightly, then cool on a baking rack.
