Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies

Makes 3 dozen cookies, takes about 30 minutes

1⅔ Cup Peanut Butter Chips1 Cup All-Purpose Flour1 Cup Sugar⅜ Cup Cocoa Powder⅓ Cup Butter, softened1 tsp Vanilla Extract½ tsp Baking Soda¼ tsp Salt1 Egg
  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Stir together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Beat butter and sugar in a separate large bowl, until well blended.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and beat well.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture, beating well.
  6. Stir in peanut butter chips.
  7. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake 8 to 9 minutes.
  9. Cool slightly, then cool on a baking rack.
